COVID-19 infections are on the rise in the United States. Several states, including California, have experienced a spike in cases. As a result, on July 13 Governor Newsome announced that California would be reclosing indoor operations of restaurants, wineries, movie theaters, and museums. Bars were ordered to close both in and outdoor operations. Counties with higher rates of infection have been ordered to close hair salons, malls, and fitness centers.
