Hourly Consulting
The consulting by the hour model gives clients the most flexibility for HR services received. EBHR will provide HR support to clients only when you need it. Clients using this model are not bound to a minimum set of hours and are set up on a “pay as you go” basis.
This model is ideal for organizations who have in-house staff to handle HR operations and need additional support, have ad hoc needs, or for organizations who don’t seek a long-term commitment.

On-Demand HR – Monthly Subscription
EBHR also partners with organizations that require a certain level of HR support per month. Clients on a monthly subscription pay a monthly fee and receive a set number of reduced-rate consulting hours. EBHR partners with clients to determine the right level of hours needed to meet the needs of the business.
This model is ideal for organizations without dedicated HR support; we work to become an integral part of your team. EBHR can manage any part of the HR function or become the complete outsourced HR department.
Flat Fee Projects
For specialty needs, EBHR also consults on a flat fee project basis. As projects vary in scope and complexity, EBHR will provide a complete scope of work proposal, in advance, for project fees.
